Founder & President


Yashmin Pithawalla is Founder and President of New Digital IT Inc, having over 15 years of leadership experience in running IT small-businesses.


Yashmin as Founder is responsible for Strategy of New Digital IT Inc.. She works on setting Strategy for the organization and its Go-to-Market industry segments. She is focused on New Digital IT Inc growth in Education and Government Sectors.


Yashmin, as President, is responsible for Finance & Accounting, Marketing/Branding, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.. She is actively involved in Back Office Operations like F&A and HR/Recruitment across all industry segments.


Yashmin has a BA Degree in Arts from Univ of Bombay. She is a Certified HR Business Specialist in SAP. She is a compassionate Angeleno who regularly volunteers her time with LA Unified School District, AYSO and USC Days of Caring.

Mike Pithawalla has over 25 years of leadership experience in running multiple IT & BPO businesses. He has been responsible for Strategy, Sales and Operations P&L in these businesses.


Over the last 10 years Mike has been focused on implementing Digital Strategy and Solution Architectures for his customers. Mike has held various Leadership Positions at Wipro for the Americas (Head of Digital, Head of Global Alliances, Head of BPO), E.D.S. (Head of E-Business & Integration) and SHL-Systemhouse (Manager of Technology).


Mike works very closely with customers, employees, partners and Analysts to evangelize and drive cutting edge omni-channel solutions in the area of Digital Marketing, Customer Experience & Ecommerce, Social & Collaboration, Applications Transformation, Business Process Management, Integration Services and CRM/ERP (Oracle, SFDC, NetSuite and Workday).


Mike is a Revenue Storm & Sales Coach and has been recognized for developing & retaining global diverse talent and partnerships. Mike has MS in Comp Science from USC and B.Tech. in Comp Engg. From Univ of Bombay & is a frequent speaker to USC and UCLA Universities. He served on the board of Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and Chamber of Commerce in California. He volunteers his time coaching soccer to kids in AYSO.
