IT PROGRAM MANAGER


Job responsibilities

Lead a team of motivated software engineers and ensure they prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of software product development. Resource management and people management across locations. Develop individual performance metrics and reports for leadership team and show during weekly meetings. Mentor and participate in monthly one on one meetings and track their KPIs. Ensure application development deliverable are completed on time. Make sure every user story satisfies the checklist in acceptance criteria every sprint. Perform User Acceptance Testing before going live. Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, and Retrospectives. Create and maintain documentation(s) necessary such as Technical Design Specifications, Test Cases and Test Results through the course of the project. Business process modeling to discover missing requirements while gathering business requirements. Create and review use cases required to enable high level goals of the system and identify oversights of the business requirements. Execute and add unit tests during development following test driven approach. Oversee the design, development, and testing the applications being developed. Work alongside architecture manager and application manager to plan and design new solutions for the business/client by applying design pattern principles to ensure the goal of the project are met and completed on time. Develop continuous integration process and log the defects during deployment. Participate in planning efforts with stakeholders and IT groups for new projects and application deployments. Ensure maintenance budgets do not exceed allotted amount. Work on system maintenance and critical operating tasks. Ensure all applications are compliant with the Information Security polices and standards. Manage all software deployments, configurations, and change management for enterprise systems. Work closely and partner with team members within and outside the organization for existing and new project by providing potential resolutions to problems, project changes and resource constraints. Run effective and efficient change management and release management processes. Play a pivotal role in ensuring business objectives are successfully met. Establish and implement effective, predictable and measurable processes and procedures. Develop and deliver metrics, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Applicants need to have the following qualifications:
• Require bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (CS/IS/IT) or related field with relevant work experience for at least 5 years. In the alternative will accept a Master Degree / its equivalent in in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (CS/IS/IT) or related field with relevant work experience for at least 2 years. • Must have the relevant work experience using J2EE, .Net, Data warehousing, Agile Project Delivery Management. • Must be willing to travel to unanticipated client locations through USA at company paid expenses.
Salary begins at $ 121742 annually.

    Job responsibilities

    Lead the marketing/sales teams for New Digital IT Services positioning, and validating customer's IT requirement. Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Manage the pre-sales, project management consulting, and collaborate with Sales, senior project managers and development teams through the development timeline to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, met and understood. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives. Participate in new business development activities through direct marketing and sales for the company's technical services. Lead sales and client-relationship management including tracking new markets and emerging trends, recommend new products and services, propose, and develop new strategic partnerships, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements. Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel. Prepare statements of work and business proposals and analyze cost and manpower requirements. Coordinate with offshore Sales and delivery team(s)/Clients to identify priorities, update scope and delivery schedule. Interact with clients, responsible for understanding client's business logic and interact scoping client's needs, participate in overall discussions. Research and understand the needs of the customer and define the overall technical and business solution. Brainstorm and define /scope features and provide guidance to the entire Sales and Business development team; Responsible in drafting project proposal by analyzing each different unique customer need subject to RFP request. Deliver technical presentations to targeted clients and develop custom demonstrations. Assist with overall business strategy, pricing analysis, vendor/partner contract reviews. Participate at tradeshows, conferences and other events as needed. Design and develop post-sales service strategies and policies, and assist with their overall implementation. Travel to visit potential clients, establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
